Account deletion
Option 1: In the app
If your build includes account controls, open Settings and sign out or use any account deletion option we provide.
Option 2: Email support
Send an email to support@codynextech.com with:
- The Google account email you used to sign in
- Subject: Delete my ReplyWise account
- Optional: brief reason (helps us improve)
What we delete
After we verify your request, we aim to delete or anonymize account-linked data where feasible, including for example:
- Reply history and favourites tied to your user ID
- Synced preferences (e.g. language, tone profile samples stored in cloud)
- Subscription status records we hold for your account in our systems (payment partners may retain billing records under their policies)
What may be retained
- Minimal records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security obligations
- Aggregated or de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably identify you
- Records held by Razorpay, Google Play, or banks per their retention rules
Processing time
We typically complete verified deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when processing is done.
